The Lime Division was founded in 2007 by Trend Consult to complete training for employees in key after-sales positions that require interaction with customers. Ever since, Trend Consult has provided its customers with a complete and unitary programme for people training, both in sales and in operational and support areas, from management to front-line.

In 2008, Lime Experience purchased the British licensed programmes of Skill4, a division of Huthwaite International, thus completing its scientifically-based
know-how portfolio: Delivering Excellent Customer Service, Retail, Inbound & Outbound Telesales.

In 2009, Lime Experience extended its Customer Service consultancy services, building performance standards and assessment tools together with its customers.

In 2010 we took a further step in consultancy by bringing in Romania the methodology for improving training efficiency and impact on the ROI.
